The 75th International Pancake Day short film, Flipping Pancake Day, debuted Thursday night at the film festival.
As part of this year’s Dances With Films festival, the screening took place at the renowned Chinese Mann Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard!

This festival has honored genuinely independent filmmaking for almost 30 years, and seeing one of my films on that illustrious screen has long been a goal of mine. When I initially got to Hollywood, I still recall going to Dances With Films and promising myself that I would make a movie there someday. The fact that the movie is about my hometown makes me very happy.
Better yet, our film will be screened at a festival first in Hollywood, the city I now call home. I am really excited for everyone to witness Liberal and our amazing Pancake Day custom on the big screen.
