Around 5 miles west of Beaver, Oklahoma, at around 2:19 am on Friday, a deadly accident happened in Beaver County.
Jacob E. Tyk, 32, of Balko, Oklahoma, was driving a 2007 GMC Sierra west on Hollow E0140 when, for an unspecified reason, the car veered off the road to the south and struck a tree. Beaver Fire Department used the Hurst Tool to rescue Tyk after he had been pinned for about four hours.Medical Examiner Grant Wadley declared Tyk dead at the site because of injuries to his head, arm, leg, and internal and external trunk.
