The Liberal Bee Jays defeated the Colorado Roughriders 22–12 on Sunday afternoon, securing the series finale with five home runs from Brent Gould Field. Even though they lost the series 3-1, they managed to blast 10 home runs in the four games.

It was another difficult pitching day, with the wind gusting 30 to 40 miles per hour. Drew Grego’s two RBI single in the first inning gave Liberal a two-run lead.
